For Agents
Your Students Deserve a Better U.S. Partner.
We work with a selective network of international agents to place students in the right U.S. schools — with full operational support, clear communication, and a real person accountable for every case.
We're Not a Directory. We're a Working Partnership.
Most U.S. partners hand you a school list and disappear. We stay in the case — from first inquiry through the student's final day of school.
A Named Contact for Every Case
You'll always know who to call. Every student has a designated point of contact — not a rotating help desk or a ticketing system.
Clear Timelines and Documented Process
Application steps, visa documentation, homestay coordination — all tracked through ExLink. You see the status. No chasing updates.
Built for Your Markets
Students from Korea, Brazil, China, Colombia, Germany, Nigeria, and beyond. We understand what families in your market need.
Powered by ExLink
All placements managed through ExLink, a workflow platform for international student exchange operations.
SEVIS Compliant, Every Time
All placements meet federal requirements. F-1 and J-1 programs fully documented.
Neurodiverse Placement Support
If your student has ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or learning differences, we bring deep expertise to every match.
From Introduction to Enrolled
Four steps. Documented at every stage. You always know where the case stands.
No hand-offs to junior staff. No disappearing after enrollment. Your students get the same accountability as an Atlas & Ivy direct placement.

What Partner Agents Say
From the people who've sent students through us.
"Most U.S. contacts go quiet after the student arrives. Christina's team sends updates without being asked. That reliability is everything when you're managing families on the other side of the world."
"We sent our first specialized case — a student with ADHD and developing English — and received three specific school options with real reasoning behind each. They placed him. He completed the year. We now send exclusively through Atlas & Ivy."
Questions About Partnering
How does the partnership process work?
You apply through our partner form. Once approved, you get access to our full school catalog, pricing, and a dedicated Atlas & Ivy contact. From there, you submit student profiles and we handle matching, placement, and support.
What commission structure do you offer?
We pay a competitive commission per successful placement. Full commission schedule and terms are shared during the partner onboarding process.
How quickly can I start placing students?
Most agents go from application to first student submission within 2 weeks. We handle onboarding, walk you through the catalog, and assign a partner manager.
What programs can I place students into?
J-1 cultural exchange, F-1 private day school, F-1 public school (choice program), boarding school, short-term programs, and 21-day summer exchange.
Do you offer exclusive territory arrangements?
We discuss territory and exclusivity on a case-by-case basis depending on volume and market. Reach out and we will find the right arrangement.
What support do you provide to agents?
Marketing materials, student profile templates, school comparison tools, and a dedicated partner manager. We also handle all visa coordination, school communication, and post-placement support on your behalf.
